NORTHERN LIGHTS KIDS MINISTRY
Screened volunteers staff our nursery during our 9:15 A.M. Bible Study, and 10:15 A.M. Worship Service.
Age appropriate classes for kids ages 4 and up. Meets at 9:15 A.M.
After worship time at our Sunday 10:15 A.M. service children ages 4 & up are dismissed for Children's Church, where they celebrate their faith in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
Family Fun Nights
Our Wednesday Night programs for Kids during the summertime (June & July) is called Family Fun Nights for all kids up to 5th grade. They do large group activities like shaving cream wars, giant outdoor twister, pudding painting, and much more. It's a fun time of hands on activities and learning for the kids on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30 P.M.
MPact Girls/Royal Rangers
A club ministry for girls/boys of all ages. Includes scripture lessons, crafts, and merit projects. This ministry meets on Wednesday nights from 6:45 - 8:00 P.M. during the school year.
Teen Bible Study
Grades 6-12. Meets at 9:15 A.M. on Sunday morning. An in- depth look at the scriptures for our teens.
For grades 6-12. Meets at 6:45 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday nights. Covers relative topics for today's teens. EY is a group of students meeting in Chisholm, dedicated to strengthening their relationship with God through faith, fun, and fellowship.
Summer Teen Camp, See You At The Pole, Youth Convention, Christian Concerts, and many fun activities both inside and outside throughout the year.
Speed the Light (STL)
A student-initiated, volunteer, charitable program that provides much-needed equipment to missionaries across the nation and in over 180 countries around the world. Since its beginning, STL has raised over $253 million for missionary equipment around the world.
Ladies events include the annual Sparkle Conference, spring bible study and ladies nights out.
Mens Breakfasts are held on the third Saturday of the month, September - May at 8:00 A.M. at the church.
Mens Advance is our annual men's conference. A great time for men to bond and get to know each other as well as be challenged in their spiritual life. The conference is held at Lake Geneva Christian Center in Alexandria, Minnesota.
Worship - Various Worship teams are comprised of both instrumentalists and singers with a heart for worship. The teams minister at all of the services here at Chisholm Assembly of God as well as in the community when opportunities arise. Our worship band includes keyboards, guitars, drums, and singers. Our broad style encompasses everything from contemporary worship songs to hymns.
Our Creative Arts department also mentors our younger musicians by having rehearsals for upcoming Youth Worship Band potentials.
Community Groups are designed to meet regularly throughout the year and may include game nights, archery, disc golf, bible studies, cooking classes, or other group activities.
Our events bring everyone together for fun. We feature movie nights on the big screen, campfire nights, Super Bowl Sunday, Chili Cook Off and Wings Contest.

Wednesday Prayer Group - 5:30 P.M.
Prayer Time - During the 10:15 A.M. Sunday Service. The Pastors and Elders take time to pray with anyone who has a need.
Prayer & Testimonies- During the 6:00 P.M. Sunday Evening Service a time is given for those wanting to share an encouraging testimony or share a prayer need.
Missions Convention - During our Missions Conventions an Assemblies of God foreign or home missionary joins us for a weekend where we stress the importance of financially supporting our missions endeavors locally, nationally and internationally. Chisholm Assembly of God church currently financially supports more than twenty missionaries or missions emphases on a monthly basis.
BGMC - Did you know that among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, 85% were called to be missionaries while they were between the ages of 9 and 13? Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge is the missions education emphasis for children in the Assemblies of God. It provides resources to help teach kids about missions. It supports our missionaries in their fields of ministry in America and around the world.
Speed The Light - Speed the Light (STL) is the student-initiated ministry that provides transportation and communications equipment to missionaries across the nation and in over 180 countries around the world. Assemblies of God students have accepted a great responsibility to voluntarily raise funds to purchase the equipment. Since its inception, STL has raised more than $253 million for missionary equipment around the world.
Our Seniors team goes to Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Chisholm once a month to minister in song and God's word.
